In yet another disturbing show of the President’s rapidly decaying mental faculties, Donald Trump just had to be reminded to sign the executive order at an executive order signing ceremony.
The order, which guts the Affordable Care Act by allowing insurers to offer cheaper plans to healthy people that are exempt from coverage of pre-existing conditions and don’t have to cover basic essentials like ambulance rides and pregnancy care, was to be signed with great fanfare at the White House since Congress has failed three times to repeal it.
But the President, perhaps a mite too eager to get back to watching FOX and Friends, tried to leave the room and had to be reminded to actually sign the order by his handlers.

This is not the first time the President has forgotten to sign something or gotten lost in a public place.
In May, he forgot to sign an executive order and had to be chased down:
He’s gotten lost on stage in Poland:
And on the tarmac at the airport:
Between the endless nonsense that the President babbles and these increasingly frequent incidents that appear to indicate a poor memory and a difficulty remaining focused on the task at hand, it’s appropriate to question whether the worms in his brain are affecting his ability to govern – and makes the need to remove him from office more imperative than ever.
