This morning, President Trump took to Twitter to respond to Senator Kirsten Gillibrand’s (D-NY) call for his immediate resignation over the nineteen accusations of sexual harassment, assault, and misconduct by the President over the years.
His words were almost predictable at this point – but it is still jarring to watch the President of the United States reveal once again what an ugly and spiteful shell of a person resides within his bloated and decrepit frame.
Lightweight Senator Kirsten Gillibrand, a total flunky for Chuck Schumer and someone who would come to my office “begging” for campaign contributions not so long ago (and would do anything for them), is now in the ring fighting against Trump. Very disloyal to Bill & Crooked-USED!

The improper use of scare quotes around “begging” says enough – but seeing as Trump is a man incapable of grasping subtlety or nuance, he added “would do anything for them” to hammer home his lewd and appallingly sexist insinuation.
It is a strange day indeed in the United States where the President all but calls a sitting U.S. Senator a whore hours before a special election between a civil rights prosecutor and a bigoted pedophile.
With luck, perhaps we will remember this moment as the darkest moments in this time of contempt and strife. The fact that men like Donald Trump and Roy Moore and Harvey Weinstein and all the other men who have been outed as predators were able to get away with their crimes for so many years means that this was a cruel reality bubbling beneath the surface all along that we must make our society grapple with and resolve.
It begins with purging the predators from prominence, beginning with serial sexual predator Donald J. Trump.
